If our junior chef hasn’t just brought home fresh game himself, we source our venison and wild specialties from local hunters. Whether it’s sausage and ham on our butcher’s platter or the homemade jams served at breakfast – everything is made in-house. From spring to autumn, the junior chef tends our own vegetable garden – all salads, vegetables, fruits, and herbs find their way into our kitchen.

November to March
Tuesday to Thursday: 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.*
Kitchen closes at 8:00 p.m. and last drinks are served at 8:30 p.m.
Friday: 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.*
Saturday: 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.*
Kitchen closes at 8:00 p.m. and last drinks are served at 9:30 p.m.
Sunday and Monday: our restaurant is closed
(different opening hours apply at Christmas)
23 + 24 December 2025: closed
25 + 26 December 2025: 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
*During events, we are of course open longer for you.
April to October
